Rescue plan

The Rescue Act and the Decree on Rescue Services was renewed on 1 July 2011.

The new legislation obliges real estate owners to prepare rescue plans for all real estate with more than two flats by 1 July 2012. A new plan must be made by 1 July 2013 for real estate properties that already have a plan.
